APP-QA-16135:Quality results cannot be entered because no collection plans apply

Currenlty we are in 11.5.10 and no upgrading to 12.2.6. With 11i Instance , QA collection plan is defined to capture the Results from WIP completion. Same has been working fine in 11i and Post upgrade during testing found that WIP completion didn't trigger the QA results entry. Below is the message "APP-QA-16135:Quality results cannot be entered because no collection plans apply". Verified the setups in the Transactions (QA plan definition) . Everything seems fine. Let me know if anyone faced similar issue post upgrade and any  help is appreciated.
