BI Publisher 12c - Error: The report you are trying to run exceeds the data limit set for this serve

My company is upgrading BI Publisher from 11.1.1.7 to 12c

BI Publisher was installed along side OBIEE

Upon running some reports in BIP we seem to be hitting the following error

[The report you are trying to run exceeds the data limit set for this server.]

I have not seen this error before in our 11g application, and when running this report it seems to run perfectly fine in our 11g enviroment.

I tried to do some research and read that BIP 12c seems to implement "Memory Guard" by default now - But Im not too sure where or how to modify these values?
