M6-32 Hot Plug Devcies

Hi Peoples.

Can someone please explain why Product Datasheets for the M6-32 Sparc Key RAS features include hot-plug PCIe cards?  Yet Oracle are saying M6-32's can't be hot plugged?

I am trying to change out a San/Fiber card
