FDMEE Cluster Load balancing

We have a cluster in which 4 managed server are present as a part of FDMEE installation. Each managed Server is on different host machine. During batch load for FDMEE all loads are moving to only one server but at the same time when user does a manual load it is getting distributed among all servers but not equally.

For example we have cluster namely ErpIntegrator in which there are four servers Server 1 to 4. During Batch load it only hit Server1.

Erpintegrator2-Server3

Erpintegrator3-Server4

We tried to change the load balancing algorithm in Weblogic admin console from Round Robin to Weight based but of no results.
