Oracle OAF Jdeveloper Issue

Hi,

I have created rtf template and called it through OAF on Print button click. Once i click on run page this will opened the page whenever i click on Print button then it will prompt for PDF file downloading but i am unable to open the pdf file giving the error message like "could not open because it either not a supported file or because the file has been damaged(for example , it was sent as an email attachement and wasnt correctly decoded)".

I also tried to print the error message in exception block by println which is given below  :
