MRP Cancel Message Differences 9.1 to 9.2

Hello All,

We are running E1 9.1 and upgrading to 9.2.  Looking at MRP/R3483, items that have multiple open POs where cancel messages, for some of the quantity, are relevant appear to be working differently.

In 9.1 it creates the message suggesting cancel of the newer PO.  In 9.2, it is suggesting canceling the oldest PO.  We would like it to suggest canceling the newer PO since the older will likely be further along (communicated to vendor, in transit...).  Has anyone seen this change as well?
