Collaboration In Siebel ??
Hi All,
We are currently evaluating a client requirement to enable their call center agents to have a collaboration within Siebel similar to Salesforce by integrating it with Microsoft Lync ?
Are there by default collaborative tools available within Siebel which would let other agents talk with each other and get it recorded under any object in which they are talking.
With the help of new REST services enabled, can we integrate with any of the collaboration tools ?
Any pointers would be helpful.
