ExcelToCI - Peoplesoft Logon protected by Shibboleth
We are trying to use ExcelToCI for the first time in our environment.
When we try to connect, we get the following:

In our development/test environment, there are two ways to log PS.
- Use your Shibboleth ID to log in, which is the 'normal' way.
- User your PeopleSoft ID to log in. (See note below)
NOTE: Recently, to provide better tracking for the "Legal Advisory Board", the security team changed the way you log in with PeopleSoft. The PS ID login is now protected by Shibboleth authentication.
