Unable to delete Pending Move Transaction

There is a pending move transaction that I cannot delete via the pending move transactions screen in Work in Process responsibility.   The Delete option on the View menu is disabled.  Can I just delete the record from the WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE table?
