Documents of Record Displaying in ESS

I currently have some DOR information that I would like to display for employee review only in Employee Self Service. I have a documents of record showing when accessing DOR via the Person form, but then do not see this DOR when accessing employee self service DOR.   How do I get the Person DOR to show in ESS?
