BSSV JP43A000 - Process Purchase Order Receipt returns error (can't find dispatch method)

I am trying to process PO receipt through the business service JP43A000 (function: ProcessPurchaseOrderReceipt).I am getting an error in SOAP response. Can anyone have an suggestion what could be the possible solution to the problem ? 

Although I am able to run other standard business services (i.e no issues with the server). Just providing you details of SOAP Request and response.
