Can external system send data to active session in Siebel

Hi All,

Is there any way we can send data to active session of Siebel through Inbound web service?

Say like one of my java based application want to send data to Siebel through Inbound web service and it should send only active session or only that particular user .

Inbound webservice is nothing but Querying Siebel data and display it on UI.
