Reciept Register incorrect Reporting Context and Ledger COA detail

We are currently upgrading our coporate books to the r12.2.4.

We already have 30 other orgs live on this instance but none of the other orgs uses AR, they only use AP and GL

Now when I try to run receipt register I pick a reporting entity Phoenix but the COA I get is for another ledger, in this case AS2

What setup am i missing and also how can I default the Reporting Context to my ledger
