Dynamic Image printing issue through XMLP report word 2013 - Peoplesoft.

I am facing issue while dynamic image printing through XMLP report RTF template - Word 2013.
Details:
1. I have created a PS query and fetching the server path concatenated with image name '.jpg'.
2. Then generated the XML through data source.
3. XML file loaded in RTF template.
4. In the RTF template put the static image and after right clicked on the image in Format picture 'Alt Text Description' paste the below code:
url:{EXPR15_15}
EXPR15_15 - 'ftp://esaexaftp:esaexaftp@10.223.70.123/Invoicelogo/Kbace.jpg' (Winscp server path)
5. Load the RTF template in Report definition.
6. And run the report through a page but image is comming as blank.
