Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. BIP scheduler hang showing job status running

We are using BIP application 11.1.1.7.0 with Cluster configuration where two manage server is running in two separate physical server.

What we observe BIP scheduler is simply hanged in one node giving job status 'Running'. No log has been generated yet.

But scheduler is working fine in other node.

Please let us know what is the reason and what is the resolution of this kind of problem.
