How to Define benefits in Group Plan

We have 2 allowances (Benefits) which we plan to define in Group plan (Union Code level). Both benefits - Home Allowance Daily  and Home Allowance Weekly are flat amount (30$ and 100$). How do we define both in Group plan if employees can only  have one benefits at a time
