IP2016 PS14:- Repository export Error due to records in table S_APPL_WT_IT_RX,S_VIEW_WT_IT_RX

We have recently migrated our Dev Environment from IP 2013 to Ip 2016. In IP 2016 when We are trying to Export the Repository, in the log files we have the below error. However Repository is exported.I saw some Doc Id's saying that these issues are fixed in IP 2015 PS3, but still I am getting these errors in IP 2016.

1. Can we ignore these errors.

2. Can we use this Repository to Upgrade the Next Environments (Production Test, Production)?.

2017-09-14 14:30:16 Extension Table: S_APPL_WT_IT_RX has record with PAR_ROW_ID: 1-252B3-IUXF which is not present in base table: S_APPL_WTMPL_IT. Ignoring the record.
