NBV Depreciation for Asset Conversion not working

Hi Experts,

I am facing following situation, will try to explain on one example. We are migrating from Legacy Assets with NBV, and DPIS in Past Years. In R12 all Converted Assets are supposed to depreciate STL, when in Legacy this was not always the case. Anyway - one asset has a dpis in 01.12.2013. Useful life - 5 years. According to this depreciation should end up in NOV-18. So when i convert this asset, i set NBV Flag to 'YES', i set Amortization start date to SEP-17, Open Period in OFA is also SEP17. After conversion what happens is that system
