PAG and PAN files in the directory after a restructure

We kicked off a Restructure last night . After the restructure both .pag and .pan files still in the directory. Planning application. Planning application is working. What should be done to correct the issue of both pag and pan files in the folder? If I assume that Restructure did not complete as PAN files were not deleted.  Then how should we handle the situation ? is another restructure necessary ? Any help or pointer will be appreciated.
