CO posting to wrong account

Hello All,

We are creating CO orders and some orders were posted to correct object account and some are not though we are using same data set.

We are using adjustment here

I tried to replicate it non-prod. I have processed orders as per original orders. Replicated Order posted correctly for correct original order and not posted correctly for orders originally posted incorrectly.

Then I tried way to process create order and process it as per order which  posted correctly ...this time it posted to correct .

Can anyone suggest what am I missing.
