Need help with External Test Score Loads Setup - AP

Our University recently went live with Campus Solutions 9.2.  We are now trying to get our AP scores loaded for students using the External Test Score Loads Setup and Process.  To my understanding this is the new way and recommended way to load AP scores into Campus Solutions.  I followed the online documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E56917_01/cs9pbr4/eng/cs/lsad/task_LoadingExternalTestScoreFiles-ab7a28.html#topofpage) for the setup but I'm running into some issues.  I apologize if some of my questions are "dumb" but I'm relatively new to working in the education industry, and very new to working with PeopleSoft.
