How to restrict the creation of warranty on shipment for specific customer?

Please let us know if there is any Setup/Process to avoid Creating a New Warranty for the Shipment of Specific Customer on a specific item..

Example:

Item "XX" for Customer "AA" should create a new warranty on shipment but
the same Item "XX" for Customer "BB" should not create a new warranty on shipment for the customer
