Debrief Menu Custom Responsibility

Dear All.

I was trying to make new custome responsibility In which Debrief access should be given only to the store. I used the menu. CSF: Debrief Main Page but it's always giving me the ERROR>

Please advise.

Remind you that this Debrief is process from DEPOT WORKBENCH.
