company logo not showing in sales order ack report

We are using ebs version 12.2.4

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post my question. But we have sales order ack report in pdf output format and it would not show the logo on the report.

The previous logo works on the report. Recently, the requirement is to change the resolution of the logo. We have replaced the new logo in $OA_MEDIA and have tried to clear mid-tier cache and also bounce the instance, but the logo still would not show. The rtf file has the logo on the header and it is pointing to $OA_MEDIA. Gurus, any other area we should check for this? Please advise.
