ADF application integration with OTM

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I have deployed ADF application on Weblogic server which OTM application uses.

Further,I want to integrate this Application to OTM. Basically I want to give access to user from OTM application for this external link of ADF application.
