JDE AP BANK FILE FOR HSBC - US And CANADA

Hello All,

We are planning to use HSBC as our bank in US and Canada and exploring options to send EFT AP payment file from JDE in a format acceptable to them.

Two options being cosidered are:

1. Use Webmethods to convert the current flat file to XML as per HSBC requirements - attached.

2. Use the native JDE programs to generate the XML - attached Oracle Localisation Guide Pg 17 onwards.

Has anyone here any experience with the same and what is the out of the box JDE functionality available to support this process? Looks like attached Oracle localisation guide is the answer but what sort of effort is needed to ensure XML file out of JDE would be accepted by HSBC? Thank you for your help.
