Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Runtime Event not working for other than ENU markets in multi-lingual application(eAutomotive)

Hello team,

I have been trying to resolve an issue where in RunTime Event is not getting triggered for any market other than ENU.

For ENU Market everything is working perfectly.

We have a multi-lingual application and using eAutomotive siebel application and currently running IP16 v 8.1.1.16.3

I have cross verified that : parameters 'CFGEnableRuntimeEvents' and 'CFGEnablePersonalization' are TRUE for all markets ENU and others as well.

Is there any specific change we need to do and take care for multi-lingual application?
