JDE GL Setup warning on specific G/L accounts

Can we setup an automatic warning notice that is assigned to specific general ledger accounts so that when a journal entry is being created against the identified accounts it still displays a soft warning, but still allows the journal entry to be processed if correct and clicked a second time?
