How can we view PO Approval history on Completed PO's? Our Auditors are reqeusting this information

How can we view PO Approval history on Completed PO's?  Our Auditors are reqeusting this information and no where can we view this online.  I know there is an enhancement reqeust for this Doc ID 1513898.1. Can my name and compnay be added to this enhancement request?
