Hi, I want to upgrade Oracle 12.1 database to 12.2 using Parallel Upgrade tool dbupgrade. I want to exclude  a pdb from being upgraded using -C. What steps do i need to do for the excluded PDB? I want to know as to what do we have to do with the PDB that we want to exclude. Do we have to unplug(and drop ) it or we have to simply not open it in upgrade mode.
