Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can I install 12 Release 1 RDBMS on a 12 Release 2 Cluster?

I need to to build a 12.1 DB on our existing 12.2 cluster. Is it possible to have that combination? Is it certified?
