P42101 Quote Release using P4210 Qty not updated

Hi, I'm working with 9.1 environment.

I've created a sales quote using P42101 form for 25 pcs.

I've set up processing options (Process Tab) of P4210 in order to release off a blanket/quote at time of entry for same customer/item vs. using P420111.

I've successfully created a standard sales order for 10 pcs in which I released from the open quote using P42101 row exit.

The quote order # populated in the Original Order # field on the detail line of my SO.

However, when I inquire on the open quote using P42101 or P4210 the quantity displayed is the total quantity of sales quote and does not decrement from 25 pcs to the open qty of 15 pcs based on a release. How would a user visibly know the open balance on a sales quote order when inquiring using P4210 or P42101?
