9.2 UxOne Performance

We recently upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2 (TR 9.2.1.4) to take advantage of some latest advancements, especially UxOne. We exactly  installed as per Oracle recommendations , however we see UX one performance is terribly bad and we stopped using it. It takes 3-5mins to load landing page and never loads watchlist(spinning/loading for ever)  Now my question is anyone recently installed UxOne successfully ?,If yes please share your experience ?
