Positive Pay file P007101 for JP Morgan Chase bank?

Has anyone worked with Positive Pay for JP Morgan Bank, and did you have to modify the text file output from P007101 to include the decimal? When I export the txt file the resulting file does not include the decimal, and per the JP Morgan documentation, without decimals they consider the amount to be a whole dollar amount.  I can't find any information on converting the amount to a decimal amount in the txt file.
