PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project program not generating revenue from project

Hi,

I ran a program  'PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project' for a project which  has budget , agreement and funding assigned to it. But unfortunately, i am getting a rejection code in output  stating 'The project does not have an eligible event or expenditure item.'. Please let me know if any one has any pointer on this.
