Goldengate metric value not showing the correct checkpoint information

We are using Goldengate Version 11.2.1.0.31 on Source Servers & 11.2.1.0.28 on Target Servers.

ALso we are monitoring all servers through OEM server.

For that purpose we are using Oracle Goldengate Monitor Agent 12.2.1.2.0  The agent showing accurate metrics details for 1 or 2 days only,

After that it is going to stopped for particular checkpoint.But Goldengate target(Main target as well As extracts) is showing Up & Running

I did the following steps

stop *

stop jagent

stop mgr

delete datastore  (confirm deleted datastore)

create datastore

start mgr

start ex1

start jagent

But after that I need to Resynchronize the OEM agent, as Goldengate target was in STATUS PENDING status.
