Scheduling Concurrent Program with Mandatory Date Parameters

We have a requirement to schedule a concurrent program with Date Parameters and Operating Unit.

How the values would be passed to Date Parameters if they are scheduled.We can check the Incremental Date while scheduling it.But will that pass the values to the defined parameters of the concurrent program,And also How to Schedule Concurrent Program for different Operating Units ( On scale of 10 Operating Units).
