dataloader is not working in xcenter

Hi All ,

When i try to upload item master by using mnt file andwhich was  kept in C:\xstore-dataloader/download/ and try ro run dataloader2 from C:\xstore-dataloader\dataloader2.

i.

Dataloader2 is running but no updates or inserts is happening neighter success or failure . When i checked the log  C:\xstore-dataloader\log  found error in dataloader2.log
