Dynamic column with sub column

Hi -

We were trying to create a BI publisher report (v. 12.2.1.2.0) using an rtf template to generate an excel spreadsheet with dynamic column (dynamic column have sub columns). Tried using split-column-header code but the sub columns are not repeated.

Attached is my rtf template and xml file. Attaching also the data and desired report output.

Please advice on how to have the sub columns repeat as well.
