Siebel IP 2015 issue on Mozilla browser

Hello All,

We are facing issue with the Mozilla Browser as application is working fine with Chrome browser but same thing is not working in Mozilla Browser.

Is there any compability settings in Mozilla Browser.

Siebel Version:siebel 15.9

Eg

Under Subscription Tab

Available balance is not being displayed in first search , when searched once through query form it works fine after that.Same thing works fine in Chrome Browser.

Also is there any specific setting to launch url in Mozilla Browser as my fqdn url is not working fine in Mozilla but with IP it works but in Chrome every thing works fine.
