How to define Resource Category

Hi

In the Resource Information form, we want to group plant resources using resource category other than the default value from the resource names.

The resource category currently default to resource name which is a normal behavior, but because this is a one to one tie which does not accommodate our need to group many resources under one  category. We read from the user's guide that resource category can be defined, but we cannot seem to find the how-to information on this topic.

Any help and guiding to related information would be appreciated.
