JDE Webclient login Issue

Hi, I just finish installing JDE 9.2 with TR 9.2.14

but i'm not able to login to JDE webclient. After entering username/password and click on Sign in, the page return back to the login screen. I've tried with different browser but same issue.  E1 root does not capture any error.

Please guide me on where else to check for this issue.

JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.1.4

Win 2012 r2
