Reports not printing automatically

Dears,

I upgraded my instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5. After this upgrade, all customized reports that were printing automatically on printer once the report finish normally. now it is not printing because the number of copies is always showing 0.

could anyone help me to know how to default this number to 1 for these customized reports.
