Production number stock allocation

Hi,

While testing production number we discovered that pick list print does NOT consider production number when allocating stock, meaning that

1) the SO line with PN can have non-PN related stock allocated

2) another SO line, without PN, can "steal" the PN-related stock

Oracle has since 2013 an open bug 17240953 : R42520 IGNORES THE PRODUCTION NUMBER in "enhancement" status.

Did anybody find a suitable workaround? I personally can't see anything but either manual allocation or customisation...
