BUG:9541637 - ISSUE WITH CACHE ORDER UPDATE

Hi Team,

With osm 7.3.1,does the solution given holds as mentioned in the bug:

"Please apply the following patch per its readme along with appropriate backups, Patch 9504383."

Please let me know if there is any patch with our osm version  as we are facing similar issue in our prod envt & particularly for 1 automated task & few orders only affected.
