Payment process requests after upgrade from 11i - no individual payments listed
Good afternoon
We have recently upgraded from 11i to 12.2.5 - when we look at pre-upgrade payment batches - queried up in the Payments Dashboard > Payment process requests we cannot view the individual payments. But we can see individual payments for post-upgrade batches.
When I query up the batch using forms (Payments > Inquiry > Payments) - I can see the payments.
Can anyone advise if this is standard and expected funtionality please?
