100rel not behaving after initial INVITE is met with 422

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hey everyone,

Running ECZ 720m2p2 and seeing something interesting. After a call is transferred via REFER the SBC is terminating the REFER and sending the subsequent INVITE. The far end UAS is setting supported and require 100rel in the 18X, the 18X does have a CONTACT header so it should be met with a PRACK, both the ingress and egress SIP-Interface are set for 100rel-interworking and PRACK all other dialogs.

We only notice the issue when the far end UAS is set for an SE of 86400 and we are set for 3600, the UAS sends a 422 with the SE of 86400, we crank the call back and send a new INVITE with the SE of 86400 but do not PRACK the 18X with 100rel set as required.
