Where can I find javax.jms_1.1.4.jar file?

When I attempt to clean and build my cartridges (O2A 2.1.0.2 for OSM 7.3.5) after installing and migrating, I get the error: Project 'OracleComms_OSM_O2A_SalesOrders_NP_Sample' is missing required library: 'C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\oracle_common\modules\javax.jms_1.1.4.jar'

Where can I find that jar file?
