Warehouse Process group update

I have a general question about advanced warehousing.

IF the Branch plant XYZ  has warehousing activated. And there are items A,B,C linked to Branch XYZ  and they are actively bought and sold using WMS.

These items have both Random and fixed locations set-up for Putaway, Replenishment etc

Now if we want to change any of the warehouse process groups(PRP7, PRP8,PRP9) for any of these items in the Item/Branch(F4102)---Do we have to execute any Batch processes(reports) to make sure all the Warehouse related set-ups are properly updated?
