Display zero for prior periods when a budget journal is posted

Hi

For some combinations, budget is not posted until part way though the year. For example, budget is posted to combination x for the first time this year in P04. Therefore P01 - P03 is NULL for this combination.This is causing issues when reporting through Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics. Instead of displaying NULL or blank, we would like zero to be displayed.

Is there a way (in eBS or OBIEE) to identify if a budget journal is posting to a combination for the first time in the year and to then populate prior periods with zero for that combination?
